The 251HR Solutions Performance module brings structure to employee evaluation through two complementary tools: appraisals and goals. Design custom evaluation questionnaires, assign evaluators at the department or employee level, schedule review cycles, and capture weighted scores that roll up into actionable performance insights.
The module supports monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual evaluation periods. Appraisals follow a four-phase lifecycle (creation, assignment, scheduling, conduction) and support self-evaluation alongside manager and multi-evaluator reviews. Goal tracking lets you assign objectives, link evaluators, and measure achievement with the same scoring framework.
